Soul Plan Readings

Your Soul Plan is a map, not a rulebook.
Your birth name forms the basis of your Soul Plan, offering a way to explore the challenges, strengths and soul themes that may be shaping your life.

If you keep noticing the same patterns, feel unsure about what comes next, or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, your Soul Plan can help you see the terrain more clearly and decide what you want to do with what you discover.

Searching for clarity?

Sometimes you know something in your life needs attention before you know exactly what needs to change.

You may be questioning a familiar pattern, wondering what you have outgrown, or feeling pulled towards something you cannot quite name yet.

A Soul Plan Reading gives you another way to explore what has shaped you and what may be asking for your attention now.

Repeating patterns

Questioning your direction

You are looking differently at your relationships, work or life and wondering what feels right for you now.

Searching for deeper meaning

You have always sensed there may be more to your life or spiritual journey and want to explore that curiosity more deeply.

Feeling stuck

You know something no longer fits, but you are not yet clear about what needs to change or where to begin.

Gifts you may be overlooking

You want to understand more about the natural strengths and qualities you carry and how they may already be showing up in your life.

What is a Soul Plan Reading?

Your Soul Plan is calculated using the vibration of your full birth name.

Through the Soul Plan system, we explore different aspects of your plan, including:

  • the challenges and recurring themes you may encounter
  • the natural talents and qualities available to you
  • the deeper goals and areas of growth within your plan
  • the spiritual themes and direction that may be calling for your attention

Within Soul Plan work, these themes are often understood as part of your deeper or divine purpose: not as a fixed destiny, but as a way of exploring what your soul may be here to experience, develop and express.

I do not use your Soul Plan to tell you who you are, predict your future or hand you a path you are supposed to follow. I see it as a map.

It can help you understand the terrain you have been travelling, recognise patterns or strengths you may not have seen clearly before, and explore what feels meaningful for where you are now.

You decide what resonates and what you want to do with that insight.

Inside your

Soul Plan Reading

Each full Soul Plan Reading lasts around 90 minutes and is shaped by your individual Soul Plan and what feels most relevant to explore together.

Here is what you can expect.

Exploring Your Soul Plan

Understanding the map within your name.
Your birth name is used to calculate your Soul Plan, revealing a series of challenges, talents, goals and spiritual themes.

Together, we explore what these may mean in the context of your own life and experiences.

Recognising Patterns, Challenges and Strengths

Making sense of what has shaped you.
We look at the themes that may be repeating through your life as well as the natural strengths, gifts and qualities available to you.

Sometimes this confirms something you already sensed. Sometimes it gives you a completely different way to look at what has been happening.

Exploring Your Soul Direction

Looking at what may be calling you next.

Your Soul Plan can offer insight into the deeper spiritual themes and sense of purpose running through your life. For some people, this connects strongly with the idea of divine purpose or soul direction.

It is not about being told what you should do next. It is about having another way to hear yourself more clearly and consider what feels meaningful now.

Soul-Aligned Meditation

Giving the insight somewhere to land.
We finish the full reading with a guided Soul-Aligned Meditation, giving you space to connect with what has come through during the session and work energetically with what feels ready for your attention.

Hey! I’m Johanna.

I’m a heart-led spiritual counsellor and shamanic energy healer, and my own path into this work began with one of those moments when something simply clicked.

Discovering spiritual counselling opened a direction I had been searching for, and Soul Plan work later gave me another way to explore the patterns, strengths and deeper spiritual themes that shape our lives.

What I love about Soul Plan is that it can offer insight without taking your choices away from you.

I will share what I see within your plan, explain what I am sensing and explore how it may connect with your own experiences.

Your Soul Plan is the map.

You are still the one choosing the path.
